Cilantro and Mint Asian-style Slaw

Ingredients

  • Slaw Mixture
  • 1 Cup Carrot Shredded
  • 1 Cup Napa Cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup Red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Mint leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar or freshly squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Amino Acids
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari (gluten free)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar or Agave Nectar
  • 2 tsp Dark Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • Dash or Two of Sriracha, optional
  • 2 Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine the Slaw ingredients in large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the Dressing ingredients, except the Sesame Seeds, together
  3. Toss the Slaw mix with the Dressing.
  4. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with Sesame Seeds
