Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk (Soy, Rice, Cow, Almond, or Hemp Seed). We routinely use Almond Milk
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 2 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder preferably raw
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoon Raw Honey or 2 packets of Stevia
  • 8 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Bee Pollen (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in blender and blend thoroughly.
