Chocolate Avocado Pudding

  • 2 Large Avocados (Ripe)
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Cocoa Powder (raw if possible)
  • 2/3 Cup Raw Agave Nectar or Raw Honey
  • 1/8 Pinch Sea salt
  • 1/4 Vanilla


  1. Halve Avocados and remove pits. Scoop flesh into food processor or blender
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Blend until smooth—if you don’t blend it, the coconut oil will appear in small white lumps when refrigerated


Some people don’t like the taste of honey and find agave more neutral. The addition of coconut oil to this raw, vegan pudding will round out the flavors. Note that the pudding will congeal more if you refrigerate it, as the coconut oil liquefies at 75 degrees. For extra flavor, sprinkle orange zest or coconut on top. Serve with ripe berries.
