Gluten Free Brownies With Dark Chocolate and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Black Beans Rinsed (15 OZ can)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
  • 3 Tablespoon Water
  • 4 Tablespoon Canola Oil Or Coconut Oil
  • 6 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 Tablespoon Salt
  • 2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Grease 8 x 8 inch baking pan
  3. In a Blender or Food Processor, Combine Black Beans, Eggs, Flax Seed, Water, Oil, Cocoa Powder, Salt and Vanilla and blend until smooth
  4. Fold in ¼ Cup Walnuts and ¼ Cup Dark Chocolate pieces
  5. Top with remaining Chocolate Pieces and Walnuts
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes
