Orange “Creamsicle” Energy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8 Ounce Orange Juice Preferable freshly squeezed
  • 4 Ounce Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 4 Ounce Yoghurt (Plain or Vanilla Soy or Dairy)
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Large Handful of Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
