- 1/3 Cup Raw Oats* soaked overnight or 1/2 cup rolled or steel cut oats, soaked for at least 15 minutes for optimal smoothness. You can place the water and oats in blender and let them sit for the requisite time.
- 1/2 Cup Water plus additional to adjust consistency
- 1/2 Cup Nut, Soy, Hemp or Cow milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Frozen Organic Peaches
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoon Flax meal
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Packet Stevia
- pince of Sea salt
- Blend in High Speed Mixer (preferable a Vitamix). Enjoy!
