- 1 Cup any combination of Berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 Cup Kefir Milk or Yogurt (any flavor you like, but we prefer plain or vanilla.) Flavored Yogurts and Kefir Milk typically have alot of sugar added to them
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey can substitute Acia Powder if desired
- This is a great way to use berries that are starting to turn. Acai powder adds extra antioxidants to your shake! Kefir Milk has gained alot of popularity over the last year as it is full of good bacteria which, among other things, aids with digestion.
