Seared Salmon with fermented Black Bean Sauce and Altaulfo Mango Salsa
Work slowed down a little today after some whirlwind catering and teaching cooking classes over the sunny SoCal weekend. ☀️ One of the dishes we made for the @coeursports tri camp was Seared Salmon with fermented Black Bean Sauce and Ataulfo Mango Salsa. I’ve totally been digging the @oneculturefoods

1-2 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
•preheat oven to 350 degrees
•add 1-2 Tbsp Avocado Oil to Sauté pan and fire up burner to 90 percent fire power (aka “sautéing”)
•season Salmon Filets with Salt and Pepper
•place skin side up into sauté pan. cook 3-4 minutes until a nice, semi-crunchy crust forms (aka “browning” or “searing”
•turn off burner and flip salmon over. Place pan in preheated oven and cook for 9-12 minutes.
•remove pan from oven and brush fermented black bean sauce over filets.
• OPTIONAL: Top with a mango salsa 🥭 💃 Enjoy!
