Cauliflower Oatmeal – Vegetables for breakfast HECK YEAH!!! I always hide veggies in smoothies, did you know you can hide veggies in your morning oatmeal, too? If you are an oatmeal eater AND are looking for ways to get more veggies into you daily eating routine; look no further 👀. This is a game changer.

I had some leftover frozen riced cauliflower (Costco is a great source for this) so I threw it into a pot of oatmeal, along with some cinnamon and vanilla. Quick, easy, and, delicious!

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower

3/4 cup liquid

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

a pinch of salt


Throw ingredients into a pot of oatmeal.

Top with fruit, chia seeds, nuts and/or toasted coconut
