Chocolate Chip Mint and Hidden Vegetable Smoothie

We use a high-speed blender whenever possible for all smoothies-the texture of the smoothie is silky smooth!

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Frozen Banana Pieces
  • ½ Cup Frozen Broccoli
  • ½ Cup Frozen Cauliflower
  • ½ Cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 Handful Spinach Leaves
  • 1/2 piece small peeled zucchini, optional (we used the outside for zucchini noodles)
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • ¼  of a medium Avocado, peeled
  • 6-12 Stevia Drops
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/8th tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Pieces
  • Water or more coconut milk to thin if neccessary

Instructions

Blend all ingredients except the dark chocolate until smooth (this is where the Vitamix blender really comes in handy–so smoooooooooth).  Add the chocolate and blend another 10-15 seconds.
