Mango, Citrus and Sneaky Greens Smoothie

Given the long ingredients list, this smoothie may seem complicated to concoct. But once you’ve tasted it you will realize that the flavor is WELL worth going to the trouble of stocking up on these ingredients so you have them on hand when the smoothie craving strikes. The frozen broccoli functions like an ice cube (you won’t be able to taste it!) that is also high in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, and potassium. Also, Broccoli contains more protein than most other vegetables. To ensure that the texture is silky smooth we use a high-speed blender. For a less intense flavor the Full fat canned coconut milk, Stevia drops, Protein Powder, Salt and Vanilla extract can be left out, but frankly keeping them in takes this smoothie to the next level.
