Pumpkin Seed Chocolate Trail Mix

Do yourself a favor and make a batch of this. I like dark dark chocolate (85%) but go a little lighter if you are still getting used to the bitter. I add roasted, salted almonds—you can even try the smoked ones for another layer of flavor-and pumpkin seeds (the latter have a ton of iron).


1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (i used non-dairy)

1 cup roasted, salted almonds

1 cup salted pumpkin seeds (I have used the salted @goraw sprouted or roasted and salted)


Combine. Eat. Enjoy!
