Red Pepper, Smoked Paprika And Cashew Dip

Ingredients
- 1.5 Cups Raw Cashews, soaked in water for at least 1 hour and drained
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper; stem and seeds removed and cut into 4-6 pieces
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ¼ Cup Water plus more to thin if necessary
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Juice from 1 Lemon) or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 Tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup
- 2 Cloves Garlic or 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tsp Sea Salt plus more to taste
- ½ tsp black Pepper
- 3/4 Cups Water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender (I use a Vitamix). Process until Smooth
- Adjust consistency with Lemon juice and/or Water
- Adjust seasoning with Sea Salt and/or Smoked Paprika
