This is an insightful post written by my friend, Kat Donatello, who had to make the tough call not to race an Ironman that she has been training for most of the spring and summer. When life deals you lemons, make lemonade
Easy Late Summer Healthy Raspberry Lemonade

  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Agave Nectar
  • 1/2 pint of Raspberries
  • 1 Cup of Water

Put all ingredients in blender.  Serve over ice.  You can substitute the Raspberries and Lemon Juice for Blackberries and Lime Juice
